Poppy Mamonyai Mataboge

Poppy learned about the various details involved in planning an event from planning her son’s 5th birthday party. Despite her initial doubts, she was still able to carry on with the job. There, she learned about various facets of the event and gained valuable experience in developing effective marketing strategies. She always aspired to own her own company and focus on planning events. She is passionate about planning and has a hard time believing that she can do it all herself.

She says that being able to deliver on her clients’ dreams is the most rewarding part of her job. She also enjoys being able to take calls and respond to emails around the clock. Poppy is grateful for the media attention, referrals, great feedback, repeat customers, and word-of-mouth buzz that Mamonyai Events, Mamonyai Hiring and Blooms and Gifting by Mamonyai have received. Her desire for quality, paired with her motto “Class and Elegance,” drives her to seek out new ways to ensure that each of her events is as unique and memorable as the people for whom she organized it.
